The shell material of the substation predominantly includes stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cold-rolled plate, and non-metal materials. Our Prefabricated Substation, also known as the European type transformer substation, is designed for maximum efficiency and durability.
These versatile substations can efficiently complete the transformation, distribution, transmission, measurement, compensation of electrical energy, system control, protection, and communication functions. Each substation typically houses three integral compartments: a High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main units and gas-insulated switchgear, with rated voltages reaching up to 40.5kV), a Low Voltage Compartment, and a Transformer Compartment (equipped with either a three-phase oil-immersed transformer or a cast resin dry type transformer).
