Typically, this substation encompasses three compartments: High Voltage Compartment (equipped with high/medium voltage switchgear such as ring main unit or gas insulated switchgear, with a rated voltage reaching up to 40.5kV), Low Voltage Compartment, and Transformer Compartment (equipped with a three-phase oil-immersed or cast resin dry-type transformer).
